The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 408 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was working as Assistant Accountant in A to Z Maintenance and Engineering Services Pvt. Ltd. He is alleged to have withdrawn Rs. 4,84,306/- on different dates from the account of the company. Notice was issued to the informant but nobody appears on behalf of the informant. The petitioner is in jail since 17.12.2013. It is submitted that the petitioner had not withdrawn any amount.

Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that the petitioner has already remained in jail for more than one year

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25212 of 2014 (12) dt.04-09-2015 2/2 and nine months, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Motihari, East Champaran in Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 09 of 2010, corresponding to Tr. No. 4774 of 2014.
