Mr. SMT. BINITA SINGH -SC28 ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-11-2017 Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The present writ application has been filed on 01.09.2017, seeking direction to the respondents to issue Admit Card to appear for the Intermediate Compartmental Examination for the Session 2015-17, held by the Bihar School Examination Board. It is the grievance of the petitioner that though she had filled up the examination form and paid the examination fee, the Admit Card could not be issued because of the lapses on the part of the College.
A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of Respondent No.3, the Principal, Mahant Mahadeva Nand Mahila Mahavidyalaya, Ara, from which it is evident that the said
Patna High Court CWJC No.12819 of 2017(4) dt.21-11-2017 2/2 Compartmental examination began on 03.07.2017, and it is already over on 10.07.2017.
From the pleading of the writ application, I find that there is no explanation for filing of this writ application belatedly, i.e., after conclusion of the process of the examination. No relief as sought in the present writ application can be granted.
This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
