JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with C2/747/2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 1916. Allegation is that, there is a recovery of 144 liters of liquor from a vehicle. Petitioner and other accused person were arrested from the spot.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that, he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for almost 2 months and ready to cooperate in the investigation. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the
