The petitioner is in custody in a case registered under Sections 304B, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is of killing the daughter of the informant for non fulfilment of additional demand of dowry.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. She is in custody since 20.06.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering with the evidence against the petitioner. The petitioner is the father-in-law of the deceased. He is separate from mess and property of the husband of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40947 of 2015 (3) dt.30-10-2015 2/2 On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioner is named in the FIR.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Saran at Chapra in Doriganj P.S.Case No. 45 of 2015.
