Cr. Misc. No.6428 of 2020 has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.11.2019 in which a direction had been given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to pay Rs.33,000/- in cash to the informant but the informant is not ready to accept the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to deposit the said amount in the concerned court below within ten days from today.

The order dated 25.11.2019 is modified to that extent and allowed.
