Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26(1)/35 of Arms Act. As per prosecution case, the informant got a secret information that arms smuggler is coming from Bariyarpur. The informant along with police personnel started checking the vehicles in front of police station and at about 10.30 while checking a bus a woman wanted to run and she was hiding a plastic bag. On interrogation she discloses her name as Babita Devi and on search four country made kutta has been recovered

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 13.07.2022 and the petitioner is innocent and she has committed no offence and she has been falsely been implicated in this case.

Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering that the petitioner is a female, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge and not before 12.07.2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I Munger in connection with Naya Ramnagar P.S. Case No. 125 of 2022.
