The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.31/2021, corresponding to G.R. No.873/2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 354(A)/354(B)/376/511/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
Earlier, the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 13.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.60278/2023.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused tried to rape the informant. 5.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19909 of 2024(3) dt.27-03-2024 2/2 petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR. No offence, as alleged, has ever taken place. He has been falsely implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Both parties are agnates and there is admitted land dispute between them. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent and is in custody since 12.12.2023. 6.
Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. 7.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and the period of custody of the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Daudnagar, in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No.31/2021.
