The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No.603 of 2018 registered under Sections 498A, 323, 341, 379, 448, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has committed no offence and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The petitioner is the husband of the complainant. The complainant has filed the present case as a second case against the petitioner. Prior to the present case, the complainant had lodged F.I.R. against the petitioner in the district of Lucknow. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Naugachia, District-Bhagalpur in connection with Complaint Case No.603 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
