2. This is an application for quashing of the order dated 06.04.2015 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Vaishali passed in Trial No. 994/18 arising out of Sarai P.S. Case No. 16/2014 by which cognizance has been taken under Sections 408, 409, 419, 420, 120B of the I.P.C.

3. The impugned order is of the year 2015 which has been challenged in the year 2019 after an inordinate delay.

4. Accordingly, this application is dismissed on the ground of delay and laches with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
