JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-02-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,504,506,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 67 of the Information Technology Act.

Both sides are co-villagers. Allegation is of commission of abuse on mobile call to the informant-Arvind Prasad Sinha. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the
