The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No.141 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 384, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the petitioners and others demanded Rs.50,000/- from the informant on mobile phone and threatened to kill him if the demand is not fulfilled and, thereafter, they came armed with deadly weapon to his door and started using abusive languages and opened indiscriminate firing, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail.
