The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the victim, Afsana but the victim made her statement under section 164 of the Cr. P.C. and she disclosed her age to be 21 years. She further disclosed that she was in love with the petitioner and she left her house and voluntarily married with the petitioner. The victim is also carrying pregnancy.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
