In this case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 registered for offences under sections 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the present case, an allegation has been made that the Informant was coming on motorcycle, when he reached at Milan Chowk, one Apache motorcycle without number with three persons pushed his bike, took out the keys of the motorcycle and assaulted him badly with the butt of the arms and took out money amounting Rs. 57,766/- and three pieces of Samsung Mobile which were kept in his bag and fled away from

The name of the petitioner has transpired during investigation.

Looking to the nature of allegation as also considering entire facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner, above named, is rejected.
