The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 200 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 23.07.2022.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor daughter of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner next submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case. The victim and the petitioner were in love and since the victim

It is next submitted that the age of the petitioner has been assessed as 17 years, as such the petitioner had reached the age of discretion. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Harlakhi P.S. Case No. 200 of 2022.
Accordingly, the present bail application stands allowed.
