JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected twice by this court. By order dated 28.07.2021 a report was called for from the trial court about the stage of trial which reveals that seven witnesses except I.O. have already been examined and the case is running for prosecution evidence. Considering the nature of accusation and stage of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
