The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 511, 447, 341, 323, 504 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that while her minor daughter was playing on the Baramdah, the petitioner came and asked her to touch his private part. Her daughter started crying, but the petitioner is alleged to have dragged her with an intention to outrage her modesty.

It is submitted that the petitioner is neighbour of the informant. There is a series of litigation between both sides. The case was lodged after much delay, when the husband of the informant came. The petitioner is in jail since 08.06.2015. The

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45324 of 2015 (2) dt.30-09-2015 2/2 petitioner has already remained in jail for four months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Niraj Kumar, the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Camp Court, Bikram Ganj, Sasaram at Rohtas in Dawath P.S. Case No. 36 of 2014.
