2. Learned counsel for the State has not filed counter affidavit in this case as yet.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present application is filed for direction to the respondents to pay the arrears of salary as well current salary to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the current salary of the petitioner has already been paid. Regarding arrears, he submits that arrears of March 2013 and September 2013, July 2015 to March 2017, April 2017 to March 2021 and April 2021 to October 2021 has not been paid and an advice has already been sent to the concerned Authority.

5. Considering this fact, this Court directs the respondent authority to pay the arrears to the petitioner within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which the petitioner would be entitled to get interest of 6% per annum.

6. It is made clear that the concerned respondent shall be liable for non-compliance of this order.
