Petitioner is in custody connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019 for the offence under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner was disclosed by co-accused Mahesh Paswan in his confessional statement.

The petitioner is in custody since 17.9.2019. Considering the fact that name of the petitioner surfaced on the confessional statement of co-accused, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5149 of 2020(2) dt.31-01-2020 2/2 named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IInd, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani, in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 383 of 2019.
