JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 31-01-2020 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Deo P.S. Case No. 139 of 2019, registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a), (c) &(d) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Allegation is of recovery of 40 litres of country made liquor from the bushes near the river and the name of the petitioner has been disclosed by the villagers. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has falsely been implicated in this case and nothing has been recovered from the petitioner. Further he has no criminal antecedent and has been in judicial custody since 09.12.2019. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing
