The petitioners are in custody in connection with Dumraon (Naya Bhojpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 435 of 2019 for the offenses under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Total 62.28 liters of liquor was seized. The petitioners are in custody since 15.12.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, above named, be

P.S. Case No. 435 of 2019.
