2. The present contempt petition has been preferred for compliance of the order dated 09.03.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 5022 of 2017 directed the respondents/opposite party herein to act in line with the Hon'ble Apex Court order in State of Punjab & Ors. vs. Rafiq Masih case and take the matter to its logical conclusion within a period of two months.

3. Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that now finally they have taken a decision and complied the order and in that background, the M.J.C. No. 368 of 2024 can be disposed of.

4. Liberty however be granted to agitate the matter for the interest part.

5. Granting said liberty, the M.J.C. No. 368 of 2024 stands disposed of.
