Mr.A.G ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under section 302 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, petitioner fired his pistol at the head of the son of the informant causing his instant death. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though there is allegation that two accused persons fired on the victim but only one fire fire arms injury has been found in the post mortem report. Petitioner is in custody since 12.6.2020. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the petitioner is the main assailant and he has got criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature and gravity of accusation against the petitioner, his prayer for bail is refused. Let the trial be expedited.
