1. Mr. Purushottam Kumar Jha, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this application Pay Verification Cell has corrected the pay point of the petitioner as such relief no. (ii) prayed for by the petitioner has

2. Insofar other reliefs connected with relief no. (ii) are concerned, the petitioner may be given liberty to file fresh representation before the Vice Chancellor of the concerned University i.e. Patliputra University and Magadh University.

3. Learned counsel for the Universities jointly submit that if representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be disposed within a reasonable frame of time in accordance with law.

4. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is permitted to file detailed representations before the Vice Chancellor of the Universities within a period of two weeks. If such representations are filed, the same shall be disposed by the Vice Chancellor of the Magadh University as well as Patliputra University within a further period of two months from the date of filing of the representations.

5. It is needless to say that if it is found by the Vice Chancellors of the Universities that petitioner is entitled to be paid monetary benefit, the same shall be paid within a further period of one month from the date of disposal of the representation.
