BAJANTHRI) 26-07-2024 There are certain disputed issues in respect of encroachment or the subject matter of land and so also violated the status quo order dated 25.02.1993 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 694 of 1993.

2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that

Patna High Court MJC No.369 of 2024(9) dt.26-07-2024 3/3 matter relates to dispute among these private parties. Each of them are making allegations against respective parties to the extent that they have violated the status quo order dated 25.02.1993 in placing/dumping certain materials by either of the parties which is evident from Annexure-A to the show cause filed on behalf of the official respondent dated 08.04.2024 vide Annexure-A.

3. Be that as it may, learned counsel for the State counsel is requested to pursue C.W.J.C. No. 694 of 1993 and get disposal of the same.

4. With the above observation, the present contempt petition stands dropped.
