2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 448, 354B, 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 283 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in an out and out concocted story in the backdrop of an FIR in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 284 of 2019 filed on the same day by the father of the petitioner against the informant and her family members. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged as well as the statement of the victim

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6235 of 2020(2) dt.03-03-2020 2/2 recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.

5. If the petitioner surrenders and seeks regular bail before the learned court below, the same shall be considered on its own merit in accordance with law and without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order. (Vikash Jain, J) HR/- U T
