Petitioner is not named but in course of investigation, it came to light that the sim of the petitioner was being used in looted mobile and it has specifically, been pleaded by the petitioner that the looted mobile was recovered from possession of co-accused, Naresh Prajapati, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Obra P.S.
