2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that her land has been acquired for construction of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has received the payment with objection and she wants to enhance the payment and therefore, she seeks liberty from this Court to avail remedy before the Arbitrator-cumDivisional Commissioner, who is the competent forum.
4. Learned counsel for the State submits that during pendency of the writ petition the payment of compensation
Patna High Court CWJC No.2774 of 2023(2) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 amount has been received by the petitioner but she is not satisfied from the said amount and in that case, she has only remedy to file application before Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Patna who is competent authority.
5. In this view of the matter, the present writ petition is disposed off granting liberty to the petitioner that she may file representation before Arbitrator-cum-Divisional Commissioner, Patna.
