The petitioner is in custody in connection with Maheshi P.S. Case No. 186 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 448, 380, 382, 323, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 30.08.2018. He further submits that allegation against the petitioner is that petitioner was working in the shop of the informant for which the informant provided a room near the shop of the informant in the meanwhile the petitioner and four other persons came in the house and demanded the key of the locker from the wife of the informant and in the meantime two persons also entered the premise and snatched the chain, ear

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7192 of 2019(2) dt.07-02-2019 2/2 ring, finger ring etc. of the wife of the informant. He further submits that the dispute took place as to the payment of salary of the petitioner in the instant case.

Considering the aforesaid, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Maheshi P.S.
