Petitioner is an accused in a case of Arms Act which was lodged in the year, 1998 and subsequently, he was granted bail but jumped bail twice sometime in the year, 2002 and again, in the year, 2011. The petitioner was declared absconder in the year, 2014 and was arrested on 15-12-2014 and, accordingly, remanded in this case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, particularly, taking note of this fact that even the case was instituted in the year, 1988, the trial court failed to conclude the trial of the petitioner till today, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
