JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 26-04-2019 After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would seek his remedy in a statutory appeal before the District Magistrate, Lakhisarai. Prayer has been made to grant liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy in accordance with law by filing appropriate application within a period of 30 days from today.

Learned counsel for the State is present and has no objection to the same.

This writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file statutory appeal before the District Magistrate,

In case such an appeal is filed within the prescribed period respondent no. 2 shall consider the same on it's own merit and in case a question of limitation arises the same will be considered keeping in mind the petitioner was pursuing his remedy before this court.
