The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sasaram Muff. P.S. Case No. 259 of 2020 registered under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to village politics. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that in course of investigation, there is sufficient material against the petitioner to show his complicity in the present case. Hence, petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17920 of 2021(6) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
