One country made Katta loaded with four live cartridges and one mobile set are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner when he along with others had assembled to make preparation for committing dacoity. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in jail custody since 04.02.2015 and prior to institution of the present case, petitioner had not been made accused in any case but after his arrest in the present case, the petitioner has been remanded in one another case also.
