2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 456 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 140(3), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have kidnapped the daughter of the informant with an intention to marry her.

4. From the statement of the victim girl recorded before the Magistrate, it appears that she had eloped with the petitioner. The victim girl is a major. The petitioner is in custody since 15.11.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8898 of 2025(3) dt.08-05-2025 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Aurangabad/concerned Court in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No.456 of 2024.
