JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-09-2016 The present application has been filed for conformation of the provisional bail granted to the petitioner for a period of one year vide order dated 07.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31967 of 2015, in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 354/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the application since the petitioner has been arrested.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly the application is permitted to be withdrawn in connection with Durgawati P.S. Case No. 102 of 2015, pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
