Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302,120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. According to FIR, co-accused Jaishri Chauhan @ Jayshree Chauhan took the son of the informant near a Well in the field side. Three persons were already there and all four allegedly committed assault and threw the dead body into the Well.

Submission is that in fact there is no eye witness of the occurrence which allegedly took place near the Well. Investigation of the case is already complete. Petitioner is in custody since 13.10.2020. Some other co-accused have already been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

No.17730 of 2021(3) dt.07-10-2021 2/2 Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Asaon Police Station Case No.113 of 2019 with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
