JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 03-03-2021 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. Pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2021, supplementary show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite party no.3 stating that Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna Division has redressed the grievance of the petitioner and the petitioner has been reinstated on the post of Clerk with all consequential benefits vide order dated 279 dated 22.02.2021 as contained in Annexure-A thereto. As such, opposite party no.3 has fully complied with the order of the writ court.

Patna High Court MJC No.298 of 2020(3) dt.03-03-2021 2/2 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 03.02.2021, opposite party no. 3 has not fully complied with the order as financial benefit has not reached the petitioner.
