2. This writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

"I. To issue appropriate, rule/rules, direction/directions, writ/writs directing the respondent authorities to reconduct the practical examinations of the petitioner of Anatomy and Biochemistry held on 04.04.2024 and 06.04.2024 respectively as

Patna High Court CWJC No.2252 of 2025(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 petitioner was not able to attend the same and got absent on same day due to emergency medical situation.

II. Any other relief or reliefs for which the petitioner be found entitled in law be granted to him."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the practical examination of the petitioner of Anatomy and Biochemistry has not been conducted by the University.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I direct the Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna to conduct the special examination for the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.
