JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 17-10-2017 According to F.I.R., the authorities searched and sealed some private nursing homes for the reason that no one was there to produce registration certificate of the nursing home nor was the doctor available qualified one. Furthermore, there was lack of other infrastructure necessary for allowing surgery work. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner has a drug license vide Annexure-2 and was running a medical shop named and styled as M/S. Kushwaha Medical Hall. The same was also seized.

Learned counsel for the respondent could not ventilate any justification for seal of the medical hall. Hence, it is directed that let the Medical Shop of the petitioner be unsealed at once.
