Petitioner happens to be elder brother-in-law of the deceased, who died in other than normal circumstances within 6 to 7 months of her marriage.

No doubt, the dead body of the deceased was found hanging in the house of the petitioner but from perusal of the first information report, it would appear that it was the husband of the deceased, who used to make illegal demand of dowry. Moreover, husband of the deceased has already been remanded in this case whereas petitioner is languishing in jail custody since18.05.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be
