2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"to quash the order dated 29.02.2016 passed by the District Land Acquisition Officer, Kaimur at Bhabua, the Respondent No. 2 in Land Acquisition Case No. 19/2015-16 as contained in ANNEXURE-8 whereby and where under the learned Respondent No. 2 has illegally and also without having any jurisdiction entertained an application of respondent no. 4 dated 16.11.2015, as contained in ANNEXURE-8 praying therein to pay compensation of 9 and 1⁄2 decimals out of total 13.15 decimals of the land in issue i. e. Plot No. 109 to him alone in view of a judgment passed in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11200 of 2016(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 Title Suit No. 146 of 1962 and not the petitioner in favor of whom final AWARD has already been prepared for the entire land after termination of Arbitration proceeding by consent of the parties U/S 30(2) of The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1986 (in short the Arbitration Act for further reference) and directed the Respondent No. 3 to measure the land in view of T.S. No. 146 of 1962 and submit a report accordingly for the purpose of payment of compensation."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Anjani Kumar Sinha No. 1 prays for withdrawal of the petition.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
