"The present application has been filed for punishing opposite party No. 2, the Principal Secretary, Human Resources Development Department, Government of Bihar, Patna for knowingly and deliberately violating order dated 25.04.2017 passed by Division Bench of this Court in L.P.A. No. 399 of 2016 arising out of C.W.J.C. No. 20613/2010 and also for not carrying out the same."

Patna High Court MJC No.1328 of 2018(2) dt.26-02-2020 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition, reserving liberty to challenge the order dated 18.07.2018 (Annexure-R-1) by filing a writ petition afresh, if so advised, for, learned counsel for the respondents states that claim of the petitioner stands considered and disposed of by passing an order dated 18.07.2018 (Annexure-R-1).
