Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Spl. PP for vigilance along with learned A.P.P. for the State. 2.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case with an allegation that she secured appointment as a teacher based on forged and fabricated certificate. It is next submitted that the FIR came to be instituted based on an inquiry carried behind the back of the petitioner. It is next submitted that had an opportunity been given to the petitioner to explain her side of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12921 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 the case, perhaps the instant FIR would not have been instituted. It is also submitted that after the FIR came to be instituted, the petitioner resigned as a teacher.

Learned Spl. PP along with learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 5.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
