The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant got information that his daughter was stabbed to death by her husband and other in-laws. The petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against her.
Considering the facts that the petitioner is mother-inlaw of the deceased and she is in jail since 13.06.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Vivek
