Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sarairanjan P.S. Case No.206 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of the allegations levelled against the petitioner and in view of the antecedents of similar nature, the anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in view of the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in the case of Ram Binay Yadav Vs. The State of Bihar reported in [2019 (2) PLJR
