The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1405C of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 323, 341, 427, 498(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on the joint prayer of learned counsel for the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, the matter was referred to the Mediation Centre, Patna High Court, Patna, for settlement of dispute in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6627 of 2019(5) dt.16-08-2019 2/2 between the petitioner and the opposite party no.2, who are husband and wife, but the matter could not be settled due to absence of the parties.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Class, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1405C of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
