JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No.08 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 342, 307, 302, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case where initially Section 302 IPC has been registered by the police and investigation was continued. The deceased Subhash Kumar is alleged to have been killed by forcing him to get married with one Aarti Kumari, which she refused.

In the circumstances, taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the investigation is required to be conducted, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12574 of 2021(3) dt.11-01-2022 2/2 to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
