05-04-2019 Heard Sri Ram Sumiran Rai, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Lakshmi Kant Sharma, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor as well as Sri Mritunjay Kumar, learned counsel, who has appeared on behalf of opposite party no.2/wife. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in Morkahi P.S. Case No. 101 of 2018 registered for offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, has prayed for grant of bail in the event of his arrest or surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court that petitioner is ready to keep his wife/opposite party no. 2 with full dignity and respect, whereas, learned counsel for
