The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that the petitioners were well acquainted with him as his relation Krishna Kumar Chaudhary was working with Ram Vilash Singh, petitioner no. 2. On assurance of providing job, the complainant gave rupees four lakhs to the petitioners but the job was not provided to the complainant.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners did not receive any amount from the complainant and a false case has been lodged.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38157 of 2014 (3) dt.28-01-2015 2/2 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant submitted that the money was deposited in the bank and he is interested only to get his money back if the job is not provided to him.
Having considered the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners that the complainant himself gave money to get a job and for that the petitioners are in jail since 11.07.2014, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Complaint Case No. 1828 C of 2012.
