The petitioner is in custody in connection with Kateya P.S. Case No. 136 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submit that nine persons were made accused in the instant case. He further submits that petitioner was known before and there is no allegation that petitioner has use mask to cover his identity. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similarly circumstanced several persons with similar allegations have been granted bail. Reference of such accused persons mentioned in Para-13 of the petition.

Considering the fact that the similarly circumstanced

Let, the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S.
