The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case no. 34/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The father of the deceased made allegation that his daughter was married to Ajay Yadav, son of the petitioner Naresh Yadav. It is alleged that his daughter was killed and his dead body was disposed of by all the accused persons. The petitioner is father-inlaw of the deceased. No specific allegation of demand of dowry and torture is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41058 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 2/2 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Deepak Kumar Yadav, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Jehanabad Mahila P.S. Case no. 34/2014.
